Why is Swagelok in Perth moving to an appointment based system?

We want to make sure that we always have the right person available to serve you in the best way possible. Understanding when you will be coming to see us and why, is the best way for us to achieve this is; it ensures that we will have the right person with the right information and technology available to help you.

Can I still come by without booking an appointment?

Of course. We understand that sometimes you won’t know in advance when you will be stopping by and therefore cannot always make an appointment.

Can I book an appointment for the Adelaide branch?

No, the Adelaide branch does not have an appointment based system currently. If you wish to visit, you can stop by any time between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Will there be any changes to sales visits?

No. These appointments will not impact sales visits.

What happens if I can no longer make it to the appointment?

No worries. If it is more than two hours prior to your appointment then you can go to your email booking or text confirmation and follow the links to cancel or change the appointment. Alternatively you can call (08) 9331 1111 to change or cancel.

What if I just want to pick something up?

You do not need an appointment. Once we have contacted you to confirm your order is ready, then all you need to do is visit our “Couriers, Deliveries & Customer Collects” entrance.

What if I already know what I want and I just want to place an order?

No worries. You can do this by emailing us at sales@swagelokwa.com.au, or calling us on (08) 9331 1111. You can also order through our website: https://perth.swagelok.com. Alternatively you can visit us in person at our warehouse.

How do I book an appointment?

There are a few ways you can do this. The first is by going online here and following the prompts. The second way is by calling us on (08) 9331 1111 so that we can book it on your behalf.

Who will I meet with when I have an appointment?

This depends on what type of appointment you book and what your appointment is for. We have a range of technical experts available to assist you with your needs.

Can I bring other people with me to an appointment?

Of course; if you feel bringing others along with you to the appointment will help you to get the best possible solution then please bring them along.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

There is no need to bring anything along with you. But of course, if you feel there is something in particular you can bring with you to assist with your technical query then bring it along.

Can I book appointments at any time?

Our appointments run at the following times:

Monday: from 8:45am to 11:00am, and from 1:00pm to 3:30pm
Tuesday – Friday: from 8:30am to 11:00am, and from 1:00pm to 3:30pm

What type of appointments do you have available and how do I know which one to book?

At the moment we have three available appointments:

General Product Selection: this appointment runs for 30 minutes and is for any general non-technical help e.g. to check stock and place orders.

Specialised Technical Advice: this appointment runs for 40 minutes whereby our technical specialists help provide technical advice based on your system requirements.

Welder Demonstration: This is a 45 minute appointment in which one of our Swagelok Product specialists demonstrate how the Swagelok Orbital Welder works.

What do I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, enter the facility through the visitor's entrance on Barrel Way. Once inside you will see a telephone, simply pick it up to advise us that you are here so that someone can come down to meet you.
